Knights of Columbus

Cardinal John Henry Newman Council 10829

Overview: Council 10829 is a college council of the Knights of Columbus. For the most part, they do the same things as councils from other parishes, except they are run by college students. Students involved with the knights are able to gain experience in leadership roles, fraternity, and service towards others. The council is focused on helping the members grow in their own faith lives and try to improve the Newman Center in various ways. They give college men the opportunity to truly live out their faith lives as strong Catholic men.

Activities: Breakfasts after Sunday Mass, Group Rosaries every second Sunday of the month before the 7:30 pm Mass, cleaning the Ralph Engelstad Arena to raise funding, participating in the annual UND Bike Race, and other fundraisers.
