Part-Time Maintenance person

 St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Center and Newman House (www.undcatholic.org) on the University of North Dakota Campus in Grand Forks, ND are looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Person.

This role would include: mowing the lawn in the summer, shoveling and spreading salt on sidewalks in the winter, minor maintenance work depending on abilities. Very part-time, maybe 5-10 hours a month.

Skills necessary: ability to lift heavy snow if necessary and run a snowblower and a lawn mower.

Skills that would be beneficial: ability to do minor repairs on things, change out and sharpen lawn mower blades, summerize snow blowers and winterize lawn mower.
